Vendor Information

​If you would like to be a vendor at our event, please download the application form and mail it to the address provided along with all applicable fees. We had thousands attend last year and vendors did very well. We look forward to having an even better year this year!!!

Vendors are responsible for obtaining any and all permits needed to sell their products. A link has been provided for Food Vendors to obtain a Temporary Food Establishment Permit form the Caldwell County Health Department below. Any vendors requiring additional insurance (i.e. facepainters, bounce houses, musicians, etc.) must include Smoking in the Foothills, Inc. and the City of Lenoir, NC as additional insured on their policies and provide a copy along with their vendor application.
